Highly recommend this lovely find. We stayed in one of the executive rooms, large bed, separate seating area within the room which was a bonus.

Amazing Stay Perfect location amazing area the staff are the most friendly and most beautiful humans. They go out of their way to make you happy. Hotel is absolutely spotless. Beautiful decor beautiful area beautiful everything. Breakfast was super super nice and they catered for my gluten free. I would insist people to stay here at all costs. It’s absolutely perfect, also let me add it’s so close to the shops so perfect if you want to visit the shops and go for a meal and have a wonderful shopping weekend with the girls.

Lovely hotel in a prime location. Caroline and Chris are the consummate hosts, with attention to detail evident throughout the hotel. From the friendly, accommodating welcome to the beautifully appointed room and freshly cooked breakfast each morning, every aspect was perfect . The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, the atmosphere warm and calming, definitely aided by Caroline and Chris’ calm and approachable demeanour. We will definitely return!

We had a fabulous time at the Ravilious Hotel. It’s an exceptionally well run boutique hotel with very comfortable, clean, stylish rooms and lots of attention to detail. The breakfast was very tasty, plentiful and freshly cooked every morning by Chris. Chris and Caroline are wonderful hosts, very welcoming, attentive and helpful. The location was perfect too. Very close to the beach, many restaurants, the city centre and the train station. We didn’t use our car for four days as we could reach all the breathtaking walks along the cliffs by foot. We will definitely be back. Wonderful hotel and hosts, we had the most relaxing stay. Thank you Chris and Caroline.

Our hosts, Caroline and Chris, were the highlight of our visit. They were so warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They are clearly experts on the area and gave us a fantastic list of local eateries to try, which really helped us make the most of our short trip. The room itself was remarkably comfortable—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. To top it all off, the breakfast was absolutely amazing, with fresh ingredients and plenty of care put into every plate. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend it to anyone!

We spent one night at the Ravilious after completing the South Downs Way. Chris and Caroline are excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and lovely, spotlessly clean, the bedding crisp, the bed new, a really lovely room. The Hotel is brilliantly located, a modest walk from the station and anywhere you are likely to want to go, including the excellent Towner gallery with its permanent exhibition on Eric Ravilious, a wonderful artist. I would happily return to the Ravilious Hotel.
